User agreement

Version: V2.0 | Updated: April 2, 2026 | Effective: April 2, 2026

Welcome to Maitian Assistant 3.0 and its related software and services (the "Software"/"Service"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding document between you and the provider of the Software ("we", "us", or the "Provider") concerning your use of the Service.

Please read carefully

Please read and fully understand this Agreement before use, especially the clauses on lawful use, privacy and data security, and limitation of liability. By clicking agree, downloading, installing, logging in, or otherwise actually using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the Service immediately.

Lawful use · Absolute prohibitions

You must ensure that: you hold lawful ownership of, or explicit written authorization from the rights holder for, any card you operate on with this Software (elevator control cards, access cards, IC cards, etc.). It is strictly prohibited to crack, copy, or tamper with other people's cards without permission.

Legal notice: You are solely responsible — civilly, administratively, and even criminally — for any unlawful use of this Software. The Provider will actively cooperate with public security authorities in combating illegal and criminal activity.

1. Scope and definitions

This Agreement applies to all of your access to, downloading of, installation of, registration for, login to, and use of the Software.

"User" means any individual or organization that uses the Service in any way; "Provider" means the operator of the Maitian Assistant 3.0 software ("we").

These terms may be updated in line with national laws and regulations or with service iteration, and updated versions will be announced through notices or push messages.

2. Accounts and lawful use

Compliance: You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information, and undertake not to impersonate others or register with false details.

Account security: You must keep your account information and login credentials (including but not limited to passwords and verification codes) safe. You are responsible for any loss caused by inadequate safekeeping.

Strictly prohibited: You must not use the Service for any illegal or non-compliant activity, or to infringe on the lawful rights of others, including but not limited to:

  • Cracking, copying, tampering with, forging, or illegally extending any access card, elevator control card, parking card, or encrypted IC card without the rights holder's permission;
  • Using this Software to attack or damage any access control system, elevator control system, or other security facility;
  • Using this Software for illegal intrusion, theft, privacy infringement, or any activity that endangers public safety;
  • Distributing, storing, or generating any content that violates the laws and regulations of China;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or cracking the Software, or interfering with its normal operation;
  • Any other activity prohibited by laws and regulations.

Enforcement: If we find that you have violated this Agreement or applicable law, we may — without prior notice — issue warnings, restrict features, ban your account, terminate the Service, and report to the relevant authorities, and we reserve the right to pursue your legal liability.

3. Intellectual property

The intellectual property of the Software belongs to the Provider or the lawful rights holder, and is protected by the Copyright Law, the Trademark Law, the Patent Law, and other laws.

Without our written permission, you must not copy, modify, distribute, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software in any form.

Intellectual property in content you generate through the Service remains yours or the original rights holder's; however, you grant us a limited, free licence as necessary to provide the Service normally.

4. Website analytics and data collection

Analytics and privacy

Analytics tool: This website (including the Maitian Assistant official site and related pages) uses 51.LA analytics to analyse traffic, improve user experience, and maintain security. When you visit this website, the 51.LA system automatically collects anonymous information including but not limited to: your User-Agent (operating system, browser type, device model), IP address (used only for regional analysis, not linked to personal identity), visit time, pages viewed, referral source, and dwell time. This information cannot identify you personally on its own, and we will not link it to your other personal information, nor sell raw logs to third parties. You may block analytics through your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or by disabling JavaScript, though this may affect parts of the website.

User feedback: When you contact us voluntarily through the website's "Feedback" form, customer service channels, or QQ groups, we may collect the contact details you provide (such as QQ number, email address, or phone number) and the content of your feedback, used only to respond to your request, resolve the issue, and improve the Service — never for other commercial purposes.

5. Service changes, interruption, and termination

We are committed to providing a stable service, but we may optimise, update, or adjust parts of the Service in line with business adjustments or legal changes, and will announce this in advance where possible.

If the Service is interrupted by force majeure (natural disasters, war, large-scale network failure, government action, etc.), computer viruses, hacker attacks, or other causes not attributable to us, we will restore it promptly but accept no liability for indirect losses.

If you seriously violate this Agreement (in particular illegal card use or privacy infringement), we may terminate the Service and cancel your account immediately, without refunding any fees paid (if any).

6. Limitation of liability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We will maintain stability and security within a reasonable scope, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we make no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation).

Specific disclaimer: When using this Software to read, write, modify, or issue cards, you must confirm the legality of the operation yourself. If unauthorised operations lead to disputes with third parties (property management, the original card holder, system vendors, etc.) or to penalties, you bear all legal liability and the Provider accepts none.

We accept no liability for losses caused by:

  • Your breach of this Agreement (especially the lawful use rules) or inadequate safekeeping of your account;
  • Unauthorised third-party access to your account or device;
  • Risks arising from interactions between third-party software or hardware you use and the Service;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you exceed the total fees you paid for the Software in the preceding twelve months (if any). If you have paid no fees, our maximum liability is RMB 100.

7. Updates and dispute resolution

Updates: We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the revised version will be published through website notices, in-app dialogs, or push messages. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Agreement; if you disagree, please stop using it.

Governing law: The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).
